This issue is usually caused by a temporary casting connection failure or an incompatibility with the app’s hardware encoding. Follow the two methods below to quickly resolve it.
a. On your phone:
Open the 3uAirPlayer app, stop the current casting session, then fully swipe away the app from the recent apps list.
b. On your computer:
Close the 3uAirPlayer desktop client. Right-click the 3uAirPlayer icon in the taskbar and select Exit. Wait about 10 seconds to release the connection resources, then reopen the desktop app.
c. Reconnect:
Make sure your phone and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Open 3uAirPlayer on your phone, let it automatically search for the computer, select it, and complete the pairing (some cases require confirmation on the computer). Start casting and check whether the screen displays normally.
a. Open the 3uAirPlayer app on your phone and tap Me (profile icon) on the far right of the bottom navigation bar.
b. Scroll down on the Me page and tap the Settings (gear icon).
c. Locate the Hardware Encoding toggle (exclusive option in 3uAirPlayer) and turn it off (switch changes from green to gray; settings save automatically).
d. Return to the app home page and start casting again. If the screen still does not appear, fully close the app from the background, reopen it, and reconnect to the computer.
Following the steps above usually resolves the no-image issue. If the problem persists, try reinstalling 3uAirPlayer or contact official support for further assistance.
