Apple has maintained its top spot as the world's most valuable brand, with consulting firm Brand Finance estimating the iPhone maker's brand value at well over $600 billion.
As a major tech company that often breaks earnings records, Apple has often been described as one of the most valuable brands on Earth. In 2018, Apple took second place in Brand Finance's list of the top 500 most valuable brands, after it previously held the top spot in 2014.
In 2021 and 2022, Apple was once again designated the world's most valuable brand, and the same has now happened in 2026. Consulting agency Brand Finance notes that Apple has maintained its position after seeing a 6% growth in brand value, which is estimated to be $607.6 billion.
"While hardware growth remains measured, Apple continues to strengthen its ecosystem through services," says the Brand Finance website. "Growth in advertising, cloud services, and the App Store has supported overall performance, while steady demand across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific has reinforced Apple's global scale and resilience."
Brand Finance has not revealed any details about its calculations or the metrics it uses. The consulting agency has previously claimed that its work follows international standards, but that its systems are proprietary.
As for the remainder of the list, the second, third, and fourth spots remain unchanged, relative to the 2025 Brand Finance list. Microsoft continues to hold second place, with a brand valuation of $565.2 billion and a 23% increase in brand value, followed by Google and Amazon in third and fourth place, respectively.
According to Brand Finance, Google's brand value has increased by 5% to $433.1 billion, while Amazon's brand valuation only increased by 4%, to $369.9 billion.
Nvidia, largely known for its graphics processing hardware and its role in AI infrastructure, is in fifth place. The company's brand valuation, which now sits at $184.3 billion, has increased by 110%. Nvidia has overtaken brands the likes of Samsung, TikTok, Walmart, and Facebook.
Going back to Apple, the iPhone maker has taken the top spot on multiple top brand lists throughout 2025. This fact is hardly a surprise, given the company's steady profits and recognizable advertising campaigns.
In October 2025, for instance, Interbrand's Best Global Brands 2025 report ranked Apple first for the twelfth straight year, while, in May 2025, Kantar's 20th annual BrandZ report listed Apple as the most valuable brand for the fourth year in a row.
