Apple released the final iOS 11.2 firmware for iOS users yesterday, and now this iOS firmware is available for you to download and install in 3uTools. This tutorial aims to share three methods with you to fix face ID not working on iPhone X after updating to iOS11.2.

# Restart your iPhone X

* Go to Settings app ->General -> slide down and click Shut Down.

* Run 3uTools, then connect your iPhone X to PC with USB cable, click Toolbox -> Turn off iDevice.

* Press the Power button and Volume down button simultaneously for two seconds, then Slide to power off.

# Reset iPhone X

Run Settings app, go to General -> slide down and click Reset -> click Reset All Settings, then you’re asked to enter passcode -> click Reset All Settings again.
