If you still see the “Recharge required” prompt after purchasing a 3uAirPlayer membership, follow the steps below:
Method 1: Log out and log back in
a. Click “Log In Now” in the upper-right corner of the 3uAirPlayer interface and sign out of the current account.
b. Enter your account and password (or sign in with your phone number or a third-party account) to log in again.
c. After logging in, check whether your membership is active and whether the “Recharge required” prompt has disappeared.
Method 2: Check VPN interference and restart the app
a. Check whether a VPN is enabled on your computer (especially VPNs used for international access). If so, turn it off.
b. Completely exit 3uAirPlayer. You can verify this in Task Manager.
c. Relaunch 3uAirPlayer, log in to your account, and check whether the membership status has returned to normal.
Method 3: Verify the correct account is logged in
Make sure the account used to purchase the membership is the same account currently logged in to 3uAirPlayer.
If a different account is logged in, sign out and log in with the correct subscribed account.
