As contractors continue to work on Apple’s $5 billion Cupertino headquarters, new breathtaking 4K Apple Park drone footage from Matthew Roberts shows construction of the visitors center, the Steve Jobs Theater, the reassembled historic barn and the progress being made across the full campus.

Each new Youtube upload shows just how quickly Apple is working on the site, with landscaping work continuing and new trees being planted, giving a feel for how the full campus will look when completed. Apple appears to be ready to fill the small lake inside the massive 2.8 million-square-foot main building ring and the visitor center which will be home to an on-site caffe and Apple Store is now taking shape.

Last month Apple started to search for staff to work at their Apple Park Visitor Center Caffe, with job postings showing vacancies for a supervisor and manager at the “Visitor Center Caffe”.

Apple Park’s new Visitor Center will be a building located separately from the main campus, at 10700 North Tantau Avenue. – The center will be home to a 10,000 square feet onsite Apple Store that will likely sell Apple merchandise currently found exclusively at Apple’s Company Store in Cupertino.

Apple Park will run on 100% renewable energy and be home to the world’s largest panels of curved glass that are being installed to the 2.8 million-square-foot main building. The 12,000 staff members moving to the campus over the next six months will enjoy a 100,000 square foot fitness centre, with members of the public able to view the headquarters through Apple’s public visitors centre which includes a cafe and Apple Store.
