If casting in 3uAirPlayer is laggy or not smooth, and an “Insufficient Performance” warning appears when running resource-intensive games or applications in the background, or while minimized, you can optimize performance using the settings below.

Step 1: Open Settings
Open 3uAirPlayer, click the three-line menu button in the upper-right corner, and select “Casting Settings” to open the casting settings page.
Step 2: Enable Hardware Encoding and Hardware Decoding
In Casting Settings, locate “Hardware Encoding” and “Hardware Decoding” and enable both options. These features use GPU hardware acceleration to process audio and video data, significantly reducing CPU usage and improving casting smoothness.
Step 3: Adjust GPU Scheduling Priority
In Casting Settings, find “GPU Scheduling Priority” and gradually increase the priority level (for example, from the default level to a higher level). Increasing this priority allows the system to allocate more GPU resources to casting tasks, helping reduce lag caused by insufficient performance.
Step 4: Restart the App and Test Casting
After applying the above settings, restart 3uAirPlayer. Then run the resource-intensive game or application again and start casting. The casting performance should be noticeably smoother, and the “Insufficient Performance” warning should no longer appear.
